FAQ

What’s your refund policy?

The enrollment fee includes a $75 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot for the session. If you cancel 10 or more days before the 8-week session starts you will get a full refund minus the $75 non-refundable deposit.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less then 10 days before the starting date of the 8-week session.

What should I bring to class?

Everything you need to be comfortable. Floor chairs, and clean sheets for the babies to lie on are provided.

What do I do if my baby cries or is hungry during class?

You can do anything in class so you and your baby feel comfortable: you can (breast)feed, carry your baby around, change the diaper and we all will be understanding knowing how it feels like!

Is it ok to be late?

Absolutly, we all know how hard it can be to be on time with a baby so please don’t ever stress yourself!

How long is a class and how much does it cost?

A class is 75 minutes long and the 8-week session costs $350.

Do you do make-ups?

The class structure and group dynamics don’t allow for make-ups. If you have to miss class for any reason you can join via phone and for most classes I will send you a little handout, so you will still get all the important information about the weeks topic. In case you have any questions about a missed class I always encourage moms to come 5 min early the next time and I am happy to fill you in.

Can I register while still pregnant?

Yes. You can use the due date to see which class your baby will fit in and if anything changes please contact me.

How many moms are in one group?

As a minimum for a session to start 5 moms need to have singed up. The maximum capacity is 13 moms with their babies.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is a parking lot with free parking and there is lots of street parking that is not too crowded during the mornings when classes take place. So in general parking is very convenient.
